errors or omissions relating to pricing,
copy, photography, specifications, or
application. In the event of pricing error,
we will contact you via E-mail with the
corrected pricing information
This agreement shall be governed by and
constructed with the Laws of Texas. Buyer
agrees to pay all collection, Attorney
Fees, and Court costs incurred by the
Seller in the course of any legal actions
instituted in connection herewith, in
addition to any other amount due Seller
hereunder and all other relief that may
be ordered in Court.
All brands and product names mentioned
are trademarks and/or registered trademarks
of their respective holders.
Privacy
Teksale.com has never and will NEVER SELL,
TRADE, or otherwise PROVIDE your email
address or personal information to a third
party or submit your information for another
list. We hate spam as much as you do and
privacy is very important to us. Any financial
information our customers submit, such
as credit card number and expiration date
is used only to charge the customer for
products and services they are purchasing.
Return/Refund Policy
Please note there is a 15% restocking
fee on all returned orders.
All claims for return for refund must
be made within 7 days of order delivery.
Before returning any product, you must
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number by E-mail or Telephone. The
RMA number will be good for 10 days. NO
returns, of any type, will be accepted
without an RMA number. All products returned
must be properly packaged and have the
RMA number prominently displayed on the
shipping label, including all original
packing materials, manuals, and software
(if applicable), and shipped freight pre-paid.
No CODS will be accepted. Some limitations
and restrictions apply. Please ship any
returns with appropriate insurance and
tracking information as we cannot be responsible
for damaged or lost shipments. All claims
for defective merchandise must be made
within the item's warranty period. We
will fix or replace at our discretion.
There will be no refund on shipping charges.
If we receive returned product with any
physical damage there will be no refund.
Opened software may be returned only if
defective out of box, under the terms
of the software publisher. Be sure that
you have read the licensing agreement
and checked that you have received the
correct type, version and disk size before
opening. Defective software can only be
exchanged for the same version. No refunds
or credits for opened software, exchange
only for the same version. New product
that has been used or shows signs of use
may only be exchanged for the same item
under warranty exchange. No returns for
refund or credit are allowed for new product
that has been used or shows signs of use.
New, sealed product that has been opened
with the product seal broken, may only
be exhanged for the same item. No returns
for refund or credit on new, sealed product
that has been opened. All returned items
will be inspected for signs of use and/or
damage. Return items that are not in original
condition will not be refunded.
Any credit card chargebacks initiated
by a customer resulting in a chargeback
fee assesed to Teksale will be subject
to a minimum $40 chargeback fee and the
fee may be higher to cover additional
actual costs/fees and depends on the circumstances.
No chargebacks should ever be necessary
as any problem can be resolved by simply
contacting us.
Unauthorized returns (items returned with
no RMA number or expired RMA number) will
be refused or may be subject to return
shipping costs.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated automatically
by zip code corresponding to UPS rate
charts or are charged a flat rate depending
on the item. Orders over $100.00 will
be charged insurance. Customers will be
notified if any additional freight charges
are to be incurred. Individual item listings
indicate a product's estimated time to
ship out. (Declined or invalid Credit
Cards or incorrect shipping information
may delay shipping on orders.)

online ordering, your purchase from Teksale.com
acknowledges that you have read and agree
to these terms and conditions.
Texas Sales Tax
Sales to Texas residents will be assessed
a 8.25% Texas State Sales Tax.
Texas computer resellers and non-profit
organizations must provide the appropriate
documentation prior to making any tax
exempt purchases. For Texas tax exempt
customers, please contact
us prior to purchasing.
Warranty

Before returning any product, you must

and batteries sold with refurbished notebooks
carry no warranty unless specified other-wise.
All claims for defective merchandise must

period. We will fix or replace at our
discretion. There will be no refund on
shipping charges.
The specific warranty period for all items
sold on Teksale.com is stated in the individual
item's listing page. Most refurbished
items carry a 30 day warranty and most
new items carry a 6 - 12 month warranty
unless otherwise noted. See the item's
product description for specific warranty
length. Any items that have missing, damaged
or altered Teksale.com-issued warranty
stickers will void the warranty.
The Teksale.com warranty covers manufacture
defects in material and workmanship. Whenever
applicable, Teksale.com will pass on manufacturer's
warranty. The warranty applies only to
the original purchaser of the Teksale.com
computer system and/or components and
is not transferable. Proof of purchase
will be required before Teksale.com addresses
any warranty claims. All shipping charges
incurred through any warranty work will
be the responsibility of the customer.
Items under warranty that are found to
be defective and adhere to all of the
conditions on this page will be repaired
or replaced with no charge for labor or
parts incurred to remedy the hardware
defect.
If an item is returned for reason of defect
and is found to have no fault then it
will be returned to the customer at cost
for freight. A large percentage of returned
goods are found to be not faulty. If the
returned goods are determined by Teksale.com
to not be faulty, then all returning shipping
fees will be worn by the customer. Teksale.com
also reserves the right to charge the
labor cost for examining these goods where
no fault was found. The standard charge
for returning a non-faulty item is $35;
the non-faulty warranty return fee for
Apple computer systems is $50 + return
shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
Any hardware failure caused by (but not
limited to) abuse, misuse, lightning,
ESD, power
surges or failures, accident, fire, theft,
water damage. Teksale.com will not cover
claims on parts that have been directly
or indirectly damaged due to over-clocking.
Teksale.com will not be held responsible
for any loss of data or configuration
regardless of cause of data loss.
Warranty covers hardware components; software
issues and performance not covered under
warranty.
