RMA (Return Materials Authorization):

All product returns for refund and returns for warranty service REQUIRE A RMA NUMBER.

To obtain a RMA number, please email support@teksale.com and include the following information:

- invoice number
- item description
- reason for return
- your name & contact information

You will be emailed back a RMA number and RMA instructions.
